So it’s been a long time coming and now it’s done! Jordan has signed to Decaydance/Sire and it’s probably one of the most surreal things to think about. I’ve had the pleasure to watch The Ready Set grow from the ground up and experience the genius that is J-Witz! Nobody has worked and pushed nearly as hard as Jordan has…at least form what I’ve seen. This boy is very deserving and will push the The Ready Set to new heights in the next year and years to come!

I’m happy to call Jordan, Travis, Keegan, Matt and Jason my family.

CONGRATS JORDAN! I LURRVE YOU!

I was up all night working on multiple ideas of one design I had in my head. This was the end result. To explain to you how excited I am to get these shirts in your hands eventually would take too long. There would be a lot of “!!!’s” that’s for sure! I just pray that you all are as excited as I am about all this!

Yesterday was my first full day home! I divided my time up between sleeping and hanging out with my family and friends. My hearing is definitely not back all the way at all so everybody around here is still adjusting to me and my POS ears. Not fun!

Finally I was able to see Where the DAMN Wild Things are! I was honestly blown away. The whole concept of the movie was brilliant. Highly recommend it!

Halloween was a blast! I’d rather not indulge.

ps. I should be working on getting my clothes printed soon too!

after an almost constant tour schedule, it feels great to finally be home. its time to hang out with good friends and family. I got some new books to read while I’m home as well!

It was a sick day for The Ready Set today. Jordan needed to be on vocal rest due to a cold that had hit pretty much every single one of us pretty hard. It’s the worst being sick on the road because it’s very hard to get an adequate amount of rest. So, we had to cancel our show at Croc Rock today. Canceling shows is a huge bummer and none of us were happy about it.

NOW! I’m here in the hotel room while the rest of the guys are at The Red Lobster. I’m not a huge fan of sea food, but I tried to give it a shot tonight! The Smell of place was enough for me to turn around and walk back here. Lesson learned! ;D I just tackled these “Cup Noodles” without the use of a fork or spoon. Magic? I think so.

OH YEAH! We went to a mall to get lunch…and i ended up leaving happy with the purchase of a book and some new plugs. That was the first time I walked out of a mall in a long time without feeling like I spent money that I could have spent elsewhere. GO ME!

ps. as i was typing this, our tour manager, Matt, brought me a spoon…
